RETURN

Every customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To do so, a statement of withdrawal from the contract must be sent to online@masthew.com or included in the return package.
Returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags attached.
We do not accept products that show signs of use.
Returns should be sent at the customer’s expense, either using the Wygodne Zwroty return form (available on our website) or by shipping the product independently to the following address:

EXCHANGE

Direct product exchange is not available. You need to return the item and then place a separate order for the new product.
